Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
By using SkyScout, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. SkyScout is a flight search comparison tool — we do not sell flights, process payments, or issue tickets.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SkyScout at www.skysct.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What SkyScout Is
SkyScout is a flight search and comparison tool. We aggregate flight information and redirect users to third-party airline and booking websites to complete purchases. SkyScout:
- Does not sell flights or airline tickets
- Does not process payments
- Does not issue, confirm, or modify bookings
- Does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of prices shown
All bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking platforms. Those parties are solely responsible for fulfilling your booking.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
SkyScout participates in affiliate programs including Travelpayouts and Aviasales. When you click a search result or flight link and complete a booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission does not influence the prices you see — fares are set entirely by airlines and booking platforms.
In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose this affiliate relationship.
4. Accuracy of Information
Flight prices, schedules, and availability change rapidly. While we strive to display current information, SkyScout cannot guarantee that prices or availability shown are accurate at the time you attempt to book. Always verify the final price and details on the airline or booking site before purchasing.
SkyScout is not responsible for:
- Price differences between what is shown on SkyScout and what is charged on booking sites
- Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes
- Errors on third-party booking sites
- Lost bookings or failed transactions on third-party sites
5. Acceptable Use

7. Third-Party Links & Services
SkyScout contains links to third-party websites including airline booking sites, Aviasales, and Travelpayouts. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SkyScout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
